2021 Great Gateway Gathering
Gateway's Got Talent – Starring YOU!
Calling all would-be rockstars, choreo queens, comedians, prestidigators, and performers of all stripes! We need you for this year's virtual Great Gateway Gathering: Gateway's Got Talent Saturday, March 13 at 6 PM!
Join our first-ever community variety show and strut your stuff to support Gateway's mission AND win cool prizes! Here's how it works:
- Record an act of two minutes or less for submission to the show. You can submit as an Individual or get the whole family involved and submit a Household act (please limit participants to your own household in light of public safety requirements). Acts can be in any genre: singing, dancing, lip syncing, goofy pet tricks, goofy human tricks – all are welcome!
- Gateway judges will announce the finalists and performance schedule.
- Tune in live via Youtube on March 13 to watch the finalists in action, with American Idol-style voting! Each vote is a $5 gift to Gateway.

Your Ticket to the Best Seat in the House
Celebrate in style with one of our great party packages! In lieu of selling tickets to our normal in-person soiree, we're putting together kits to help you make the most of your big night in. From sweet treats to full dinners, we've got something for everybody and every budget -- and each package is a donation to Gateway's students and teachers!
Community Guidelines
In order to ensure Gateway's Got Talent is enjoyable for our entire community, we ask that viewers and participants alike keep these guidelines in mind.
Participate Safely
Please limit the people appearing together in your act to one household and follow all public health and safety guidelines. Avoid dangerous stunts.
Keep it Classy
While the Great Gateway Gathering is usually an adults-only event, we acknowledge that this year is a little different and people will be watching and participating with their families. Please keep any racy themes or language in your act to a PG-13 level, at a minimum.
Be Respectful
We will not air any acts that include racist, misogynist, or queerphobic language or themes, or that overtly flout our principles of community.
When in Doubt, Ask!
Support the Event!
Not one for the limelight? No problem! The big event includes lots of fun ways to support Gateway, including auctions, sign-up parties, a wine raffle and more!
If you have an item to donate or can host a sign-up party (either virtually or with a TBA date in the future), please get in touch! Contact Marianne Fives, Senior Development Manager, at mfives@gatewaypublicschools.org.
