Careers at Gateway
Since its founding in 1998, Gateway Public Schools has intentionally and successfully recruited teachers from across the country who model the schools’ values. Our High School and Middle School teachers are powerful role models and mentors. A high level of engagement between Gateway faculty and students is one of the hallmarks of a Gateway education.
Gateway serves a diverse student population, including a large percentage of students with diagnosed learning disabilities and students who are first generation college-bound, and yet more than 96% of our high school graduates have gone on to college, double the statewide rate.
Both the High School and Middle School were founded on the paired principles that all students can learn at high levels and that all students learn differently. If you are committed to working in an inclusive environment of high expectations and helping students acquire the skills, habits, and knowledge required for success in college and beyond, we would like the opportunity to get to know you.
